How do I change characters?
Your current character appears in the center of the app. Tap it to choose a different one. Duck is free to use, the other characters are available by subscription and require internet access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

• Apple: Open your device settings, go to Subscriptions, and cancel from there.

• Android: Open the Play Store, go to Subscriptions, and manage your plan.

How do I mute the sounds?

You can mute the sounds using the bell icon during the countdown; or you can go to settings to disable the tick-tock sound and keep only the animal sounds.

Does the timer work in the background or when the screen is locked?

Yes, but only as a notification. Make sure notifications are enabled. Tap the notification to return to the app and hear the sound.

Does the app work offline?
Yes, but only the duck is available offline.

Why didn’t I hear a sound when the timer ended?
Check that your phone isn’t on silent mode and that the volume is turned up.

The app seems to be running slowly.
Please try uninstalling the app, clearing all data, and reinstalling it.
